Join us for a festive afternoon of Halloween fun at the Michigan City Elston Branch. Families are invited to enjoy a safe and welcoming environment filled with creativity, community spirit, and plenty of treats. Children can come in costume and explore decorated trunks while gathering candy and enjoying the sights and smiles along the way.
