Yoga Complete your fitness with mind/body work. This class calms, strengthens, improves balance and increase flexibility.
Pilates Our Pilates class is a low impact, total body workout that tones, improve balance and muscle control. Each exercise is designed to open joints and improve breathing. This workout accommodates all levels of fitness, so don't miss out on this incredible class.
Body Sculpting (Seasonal) A classic and fun class! Sculpt and tone your body using bands, balls, steps, and weights.
Circuit Strength (Seasonal) This high intensity strength training class will take your fitness to a new level. Tone your entire body as we target small and large muscle groups with fast resistance training movements.
Y-Cycling (Seasonal) Indoor group cycling on specifically-designed fixed-gear bicycles. Classes provide fun, camaraderie, sweat and lots of motivation! Participants control their own intensity level, which makes group cycling great for people of all fitness levels.

Whether your age 13 or 75, an experienced or beginning exerciser, our certified personal trainers can help you reach your health and fitness goals. Your trainer will develop a personalized program that is perfect for you and will support you with coaching and motivation to help you live, look and feel better.
Personal training is available for $40 per hour sessions. Packages of 5 sessions for $175 or 10 sessions for $350 are also available. All trainers are certified. Please pay for the session at the Member Services Desk and you will be called to schedule your appointment. Wear loose fitting clothes and athletic shoes.
