Yoga - Complete your fitness with mind/body work.  This class calms, strengthens, improves balance and increase flexibility.

Pilates - Our Pilates class is a low impact, total body workout that tones, improve balance and muscle control. Each exercise is designed to open joints and improve breathing. This workout accommodates all levels of fitness, so don't miss out on this incredible class.

Walk Club - This class starts in the Lobby and ventures through all the beauty of Long Beach. Walk at your own pace while building friendships, your health, and enjoying the beautiful scene of Lake Michigan. All levels welcome, beach walking may apply. Weather permitting we may walk inside. Come rain or shine we will be there!  

Gentle Stretch - A fitness class designed to enhance each individual’s quality of life and daily function. A variety of exercises that will help you increase your agility, range of movement and cardiovascular conditioning.

Hip Hop Tone - Tone and tighten your body to a rhythmic beat! No experience necessary, build your core with standing dance moves!

Zumba - High energy class incorporates unique dance moves to a fusion of Latin and interanitional music that creates a dynamic and excitieng workout

 

Personal Training

Whether your age 13 or 75, an experienced or beginning exerciser, our certified personal trainers can help you reach your health and fitness goals. Your trainer will develop a personalized program that is perfect for you and will support you with coaching and motivation to help you live, look and feel better.

Personal training is available for $40 per hour sessions. Packages of 5 sessions or 10 sessions for $35 per hour available. 

Group training is also availabe for $20 per hour session per person.

Partner training $30 per hour session per person.

All trainers are certified. Please pay for the session at the Member Services Desk and you will be called to schedule your appointment. Wear loose fitting clothes and athletic shoes.
