We have assessed the situation and are now waiting to meet with the repair person at 9:00 am Monday morning. We will keep everyone updated on our website and on our Facebook page. Please check back for updates. The hot tub and sauna are open regular hours. Thank you for your understanding while we work diligently to get this repair done in a timely manner.

La Porte Community, Michigan City Area and New Prairie United School Corporations are all operating under a two hour delay on Thursday, December 12; therefore, we will have no preschool at our La Porte and Prairie View locations. Michigan City Educare program will be operating under a two hour delay. If you need a warm shelter, the Y will be open to the public as a warming center. You do not have to be a Y member to come to the Y warming station. If venturing outside today, please dress appropriately and keep exposed skin covered as we are experiencing dangerously cold weather. Fifteen minutes of skin exposure today could result in frostbite.

The Red Cross is at the La Porte Branch today until 7pm.  This holiday, give something that means something!

Karri Morgan, licensed massage therapist, PDMT will be giving free chair massages in the lobby of the La Porte branch today until 2pm.  Stop by and say hello or book an appointment to receive $10 off your first wellness service.  Click the link below for more information.
