La Porte 

The 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Rip and Ride class at the La Porte Branch has been cancelled this morning. We apologize for any inconvenience. As a fun alternative, come check out Zumba at 9:00 a.m. with Jody in the lower aerobics room.

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-7:30 p.m. Aqua Burn classes are cancelled but will return this Fall.


Michigan City Elston

This is a big week for Y Aquatics! Looking for some fun ways to beat the heat?

*On Monday, we kick off our grand reopening celebration of the Tucker-Babcock pool with a lap swim contest from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. (Michigan City)

*On Tuesday, we will be hosting pool volleyball from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Michigan City)

*On Wednesday, come enjoy a game of freeze tag in the pool from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Michigan City)

*On Thursday morning, make history by participating in the World's Largest Swim Lesson! This free, family-friendly event is sponsored by Qubit Networks and Horizon Bank and kicks off at 10:00 a.m. (La Porte and Michigan City)

In Michigan City, the fun will continue after the swim lesson ends with a ribbon cutting for the newly reopened Tucker-Babcock pool followed by a community cookout sponsored by 1st Source Bank from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Michigan City)

The day wraps up with a Hula Hoop contest from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Michigan City)

*On Friday evening, bring your whole family out to enjoy Family Swim, a Y tradition, from 7:10 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. (La Porte)
