Master Makos

We are the undefeated Master Makos, the adult swim club here at the LaPorte YMCA. We are a Masters swimming program associated with United States Masters Swimming and Greater Indiana Masters Swimming. We are the most competitive/non-competitive group you will meet. The majority of the group uses the coaching staff to better their triathlon times.

We have a record holding coaching staff. Lou Ann Dixon and Denise Morgan are the coaches every Monday night from 7:00pm to 8:00pm to help work on strokes, turns, and any other swimming advice. This group is a friendly group that pushes each other to their best.

We do go to meets as a team with whomever wishes to go. As a member of the team you are a member of United States Masters Swimming.

Cost: $100/year (fees must be paid prior to swimming with team)
